The places we explore deserve care and awareness. Iceland isn't an amusement park, and there are guidelines to protect the environment and ourselves. I know it can be tempting to walk off the marked trail or witness something rare even when it's not safe, but responsibility is my top priority.

I don't use artificial intelligence to think for me, communicate for me, plan your elopement, edit your photos, or otherwise. I would rather have messy, undoubtedly human errors in speech and thought than outsource my brain to a software system. I will always prefer realness over perfection.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME
Before I took my photography business full-time in 2024, I spent my entire career in hospitality and event management. When I moved to Iceland, I started working in tourism and operations. This means I know exactly what it takes to coordinate activities, timelines, vendors, and remain absolutely chill all the while.
I used to work in Events
I was never the type to "dream about my wedding day" -- probably because I hate being the center of attention and all the traditional stuff never really spoke to me. Performing for others is something I will never do. All of that changed in 2020 when I realized we could have
a wedding day that was just about us doing what we loved most together, so that's what we did!
I eloped here too
Iceland is my 2nd home, but also my forever home. I'm originally from Long Island, NY, USA. The moment I first came here in 2015, the trajectory of my life changed forever. I came as a tourist, returned 13 times over 5 years, built friendships, met my husband, then moved here permanently in 2020. It's challenging at times, but I wouldn't change it for the world.
I chose Iceland 11 years ago
I'm a licensed and insured tour operator and have my Icelandic CDL (commercial driver's license) which equips me with the tools, knowledge, and experience to safely drive passenger clients all around Iceland. On shorter elopement days, I'm happy to both drive and photograph, and on longer days I'll hire a colleague. I also love to do a little guiding on the side.
